In 2006, a multi-national network company requested a local search for a Business Development Manager position. The company was seeking a candidate who would also be capable of assuming the position of GM in the near future. The client had at that stage suffered from a rapid loss of market share and consquently in its reputation. The position was created to be based in the capital city of Turkey, Ankara, while the search would be conducted from Istanbul, Turkey’s economic center.
