Marcella Accorinti (Italy) started her career in Asset Allocation Management, Capital Markets and Relationship Management in Italian and international banks, including Banca Manusardi, Efibanca, Cofip and Credit Agricole. In 2000 she joined KPMG Executive Search as a Principal, developing business in the Banking/Finance and Real Estate sectors. In 2012 she joined Odgers Berndston as a Partner for the Financial practice. At Amrop, Marcella works between Milan and Rome, focusing on the Financial Services sector.
Quincy Chen (China) brings with him 2 decades of management and diversity experience in China, UK, Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong, in the areas of product development, technical marketing, market research, business and M&A negotiation, and general management. For 20 years he worked for Siemens, EPCOS and TDK, taking up various senior management roles including R&D irector, pecial ssistant to the CEO (searching and negotiating M&A and JV projects throughout Greater China), and Chairman/CEO of a Joint Venture in China.
Rosa Garcia-Tizón (Spain) developed her professional career in the Pharma and Healthcare Technology sector, where she has worked over 20 years. She has held executive positions at multinational companies such as Abbott Laboratories and Hospira, within sales, marketing, operations and legal functions. She was Marketing Manager at the Hospital Division of Abbott, a Member of the Management Committee at Hospira Iberia, and Business Operations & Legal Director for Spain and Portugal. She is a Board Member at several listed and family-owned companies. At Amrop, Rosa focuses on working with clients in Life Sciences and Healthcare and Professional Services.
Steve Park (South Korea) has a diverse background, having worked in IT, entertainment, management consulting, education and consumer goods. Leveraging this broad experience, Steve's core competences include strategic planning (strategy and new business development, M&A), sales and marketing (brand strategy, marketing planning and implementation, sales force management) and general management as CEO of an education company.
Genaro Peña (USA) has over 30 years of experience in global business development, international trade and logistics, and strategic sales and marketing. Prior to Amrop Genaro was VP International Investment & Trade with the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP), where he generated and executed initiatives to attract foreign direct investment to the Houston region. Previously, he worked for the Houston Airport System for more than 17 years, where he held positions as Director of Marketing and Director of Air Service Development. Genaro’s consulting work encompasses his broad background: Aviation/Aerospace, Energy and Petrochemicals, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and commercial development.
Geoffroy Petit (USA) joins Amrop after a focused international career in the Energy sector. Until 2013, he was VP Refining and Base Chemicals at Total in the US. Formerly CEO of Total Petrochemicals in the US, he has occupied various senior-level executive roles within the Total Group in the US, Germany and Belgium. Originally from Belgium, he has lived in the United States for many years and has broad experience across the Energy sector, including general management, strategy, management of start-ups, large-scale expansions and commodity supply and sales.
Andrea Petruskova (Czech Republic) is an Executive Search expert, with more than 10 years experience in the sector. She has experience working for big international companies such as Pedersen & Partners and SpanglerFox, where she completed hundreds of executive search projects. Her professional career started in sales roles at NESS Technologies. At Amrop, Andrea works with clients across a range of sectors, including IT and Telecommunications, Logistics, Industrial, Life Sciences, Retail and Luxury brands.
Somya Satsangi (India) leads the Technology and Media practice at Amrop India. She has 24 years experience in business consulting and IT with global corporations across Europe, India and the US in varied senior management roles encompassing Business Development, Strategy and Operations. Previously, she was VP Corporate Development and Strategy with CA Technologies, managing their key investments and global strategic partnerships. She has held business-building roles at Tata Consultancy Services UK, including heading the UK Telecom, Media and Entertainment practice. Earlier in her career, Somya spent 12 years with Arthur Andersen. She was the first woman to be appointed as Manager at Arthur Andersen India.
David Schain (Sweden) works exclusively in the field of Leadership Assessment, both in search processes and in larger strategy-driven projects, and with Executive Development in the form of executive coaching and management team development. Before joining Amrop, David spent 8 years as a Country Manager and Global Partner for an international Leadership Assessment business. He has strong managerial and leadership experience combined with extensive practice in international leadership development programs.
Anke Schulz (Germany) has over has twenty years of practical experience in the global executive search industry. One particular focus is the recruitment of talent for small and medium-sized owner-managed industrial enterprises with a complex products and services portfolio. Her core competencies are Mechanical and Plant Engineering, Manufacturing and Chemicals, but also include working with Energy sector and Public sector clients, as well as Succession Planning.
