The new type of Turkish CEO's that are demanded by Multinational as well as Turkish companies are different than before. They are defined as always open for changes, keeping the excellent communication with his/her personnel and also with their business partners, not avoiding to present themselves as they are. He is known as "Mr. Humble Humanist" instead of "Mr. Perfect" and describes his existence in the company as "Servant Leader".

The book "Good to Great" written recently about Leadership also mentions about companies and Managers who are not much in public sight but are very successful. These new type of CEO's are really natural and sincere individuals who live as they are.

The best example of this in Turkey is the Eczacıbaşı-Baxter Company whom you also mention in your writing about its American CEO. The top-level manager is the one who is able to change the company, who can influence his/her personnel's happiness and productivity, and is the major person in the corporate culture formation. Can Hisarlı manage Eczacıbaşı Baxter for the last 3 years and the common opinion of his staff that we have met is his humanist approach, his open communication and naturalness. Every staff knows that they are considered and taken care of by their General Manager. In my opinion, Mr. Hisarlı who is 40 years old currently is the most requested top-level manager to work for, thanks to the company culture he has created with the Human Resources Director, Berrin Yılmaz. The most important company values are democracy and participation. As long as there are many people like Can Hisarlı and Berrin Yılmaz in Turkey there will be many companies who have many "quality rewards" with happy workers.
