  • Reports to CEO
  • Responsible for leading all IT related strategies and the digital transformation throughout the companies of the Group (20+ companies) as well as ensuring the proper execution of day to day IT operations with his team
  • Responsible for over 10 million TL budget management
  • Identifies and communicates strategic objectives and determines information systems requirements for the company, purchases and/or builds and delivers IT application solutions to address business opportunities and challenges. Manages specialized groups within the IT organization, which are designated to support and maintain the infrastructure and business applications
  • Manages the coordination, setup, maintenance and/or teardowns of business/technology projects in line with the business objectives
  • Manages the software strategies and infrastructures of all the software systems of the company mainly “SAP” implementations
  • Manages demand & service delivery with suppliers and partners to ensure business demand translates into effective resource and capacity planning
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of availability, performance, compliance and costs of applications and infrastructure in production operations and distributor organizations 

 

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a reputable university in computer engineering, industrial engineering, economy, and business management or information systems is must. Master’s degree is an asset
  • Over 15 years of progressive IT experience, 5+ years of which is in IT operations management experience in a large, multi-site business environment
  • Manufacturing sector experience is expected
  • Experience in supporting various technologies, including but not limited to ERP, SAP, Microsoft, Business Intelligence, hardware & network, cloud based applications, mobile devices and applications, desktop support and local applications
  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
  • Proven ability to plan, forecast and manage financial budgets
  • Sound decision making ability with the experience to balance consensus against authority as appropriate
  • Having a success story in change management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
