The Company: 
Our client is a leading FMCG company
  • Reports to the CEO
  • Manages a team of 4 Managers
  • Prepares and implements all Marketing and Communications plans and strategies in accordance with the vision of the company, the market and the resources
  • Is responsible for managing and preparing Marketing and Communications budget regarding to the categories and operational expenses
  • Acts in coordination with sales, production and R&D departments in all marketing strategies
  • Analyzes all marketing mix (product, price, promotion and packaging)
  • Determines the brand positioning and pricing strategies in line with the competition and consumer trends, ensures all marketing activities comply with them; and adopts strategies that will empower the brand
  • Leads the innovation processes in coordination with finance, R&D and production departments to create new brands and product groups/categories
  • Conducts communication activities with Advertising, Digital and PR agencies
  • Is responsible for establishing the marketing team in most efficient way and motivating them


  • University degree from a reputable university, MBA is an asset
  • At least 15 years of professional experience in marketing
  • Experience in Food or relevant FMCG categories
  • Proven track record in brand positioning, product launches and innovation
  • Success stories in growing the business in a fast and profitable manner
  • Deep knowledge of market and economic trends
  • Experience in team management
  • Ability to work in coordination with operations, finance, HR and other departments
  • Ability of effective expression in individual or group situations and ability of clear expression of ideas in writing and in good grammatical form
  • Strong leadership skills are expected 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
