  • Reports to the General Manager
  • Manages more than 20 IT professionals
  • Directs and controls the information technology for the company including systems development, operation and support of the infrastructure in support of the business objectives
  • Develops, designs and implements a comprehensive IT strategy for the organization’s information systems, software applications and infrastructure systems by planning time, team and financial budget
  • Identifies and communicates strategic objectives and determines information systems requirements for the company, builds and delivers IT application solutions to address business opportunities and challenges
  • Is responsible for all IT related day-to-day operations throughout the company
  • Manages the coordination, setup, maintenance and/or teardowns of business/technology projects in line with the business objectives
  • Controls and follows up software development processes,  infrastructure reporting activities and ensures those systems’ improvement
  • Controls and plans sales automation systems by planning and ensuring their process improvement activities
  • Manages the supplier evaluation, process control and supplier approval processes by coordinating with the top management in the outsourced projects
  • Ensures the effective relationship between internal customer and IT department as well as the other departments including marketing, customer experience, sales finance and human resources 


  •  Bachelor’s degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive IT operations experience,  more than six years of which is in IT operations management experience 
  • Experience in supporting various technologies including but not limited to software, data warehouse, object-oriented and/or functional programming, Linux OS, noSQL and IT project management 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Agile project management experience
  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
  • Strong team player with strong collaboration and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, train, mentor and leverage the skills of his/her team members
  • Excellent written and spoken English
