  • Manages individual territory activities, ensuring return on investment and directs execution of sales strategies and tactics, and implementation of sales and marketing plans
  • Develops, prepares and executes the appropriate sales strategy to ensure the sustainable development and growth and maximizes market potential
  • Maximize sales pull-through opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Develops and maintains key customer relationships with target audiences; assists in developing business solutions that are mutually beneficial; applies broader business scenarios and customer-focused models to achieve breakthrough results
  • Maintains high level of product and market knowledge
  • Assists in programs designed to promote or facilitate product sales and the organization’s culture/image
  • Analyzes and exploits market opportunities and develops sales strategies and cooperation that are in line with the business strategic direction and financial objectives
  • Ensures that all staff are trained and regularly updated with compliance requirements

 

Requirements: 
  • University degree from a reputable university
  • At least 10-15 years experience in the pharmaceuticals industry with proven track record of delivering results as a sales professional
  • Proven business acumen and comprehensive understanding and experience with various industry trends and market segments.
  • Sound experience in portfolio sales and pharmacy sales model
  • Strategic territory acumen
  • Managerial maturity and the ability to build high performing teams
  • Inspirational leading and coaching skis to motivate the team as well as leading change and growth
  • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
