  • Directly reports to the CEO
  • Manages team of 30 – 40 people
  • Is responsible for all HR related strategies and activities of the company including recruitment, performance & talent management, compensation and benefits management, payroll and employee relations
  • Leads all industrial relations and labor law processes including collective labor agreements
  • Supports objective rewarding and development of employees, leads development of performance management systems, coordinates and monitors implementation of performance evaluation process
  • Leads the effective organization development strategies and activities
  • Responsible for overall change leadership within the company

 

Requirements: 
  • University degree from a reputable university, especially in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration etc.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in multinational and large scaled companies in all HR functions (preferably in complex environments with 1000+ employees)
  • Sound understanding of implementing and further developing the HR systems according to the overall business strategies of the company especially in multinational companies
  • International exposure and familiarity with international company culture and working principles is expected
  • Strong experience in industrial relations, manufacturing HR management and strategies is expected
  • Sound change management skills
  • Sound leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
